Homeopathic Spike Detox Protocol (HSD)

The 8 week Homeopathic Spike Detox Protocol is created and administered by Formulas From Nature. You will be monitored by Total Healthy Lifestyle and be asked to respond to the weekly emails requesting a status update.​​​

Protocol Overview: There are 4 tiny tablets that are taken every 7 days for 8 weeks. Pour the tablets directly under the tongue from the container - DO NOT TOUCH THE TABLETS! Allow the tablets to dissolve under the tongue. Do not eat, drink (not even water), brush your teeth, use mouthwash or be near a cell phone 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after taking the tablets. Avoid coffee, peppermint and alcohol for 8 hours before and after taking the tablets. For coffee drinkers, choosing evening for the tablets allows for 8 hours without coffee the morning of and the next morning.
